One Roof is a health center that gathers an array of holistic therapies in one place. We are guided by the insight that physical vitality, mental focus, emotional strength, and spiritual awakening are interconnected aspects of healthy well-being.
We are some of the most experienced and established holistic practitioners in the area, all with track records of success in helping people who are looking for a deeper level of wellness. Our services included naturopathic medicine, chiropractic, massage, healing touch, Reiki, acupuncture, life coaching, psychotherapy, physical therapy, Feldenkrais, bio-meridian testing, nutritional consulting and more. We are also home to the Saratoga Stress Reduction Program, an 8-week mindfulness meditation program based on the work of Jon Kabot-Zin.
We are welcoming new clients. At One Roof, you are free to work with a single practitioner, or employ a team approach to create a wellness plan. The goal is to find what works for you. (Please ask us about our discount program.)
