Supporting Sprouts is a pioneering non-profit social service and educational pilot program using alternative resources to promote health and well-being located in Saratoga County, New York.
Supporting Sprouts' mission is to use alternative resources to assist at-risk children and their families in developing their core strength and family vitality.
The purpose is to create a viable link between families and school systems using alternative therapies and education. A focus of the program is to create sustainable shifts that produce more aliveness for each individual in the family and the family as a whole. This process assists families in learning how to source their own support from within. Through a collaborative experience, the intention is to close the gap that exists between traditional and non-traditional resources with actual experiences and education.
The pilot program consists of: The home-based program serving families directly in their homes and the in-school educational program focusing on introducing fun, new ways of self-care to children.
