Dawn Kirchhoff, RD, LMT, CDN is a registered dietitian, fitness trainer and NYS licensed massage therapist. She graduated from SUNY Oneonta with a Bachelor degree in Dietetics, completed her dietetic internship and took graduate courses in Exercise Science at CUNY Queens. While working as a Clinical Dietitian in Colorado, Dawn took many continuing education courses in sports nutrition and holistic health.
She returned home to the Northeast and started her own business Healthy Resolutions, which integrates healthy eating and functional exercise.
Furthering her quest towards holistic health, she decided to broaden her scope of practice and attended the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy graduating in June 2003, as well as becoming a certified Reiki practitioner.
Dawn's work now encompasses her experience with nutrition, exercise science and massage therapy all to help her clients obtain a sense of balance, fulfillment and personal growth.
