To be a part of the web site
If you want to be on the SIPN web site, there is a fee. Initially, the cost is $60 for the first year. You can include as much or as little material as you like, including graphics, photos, etc., and you're welcome to link to your existing website, if you have one.
Annual renewal fee for the website is $45—very inexpensive for having an online presence.
For specifics on submitting material
All material must be submitted by e-mail.
List of items you may want on your page:
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Name, title.
Contact Information.
Description of what you do, which might include a bio or resume.
Photo and/or logo.
NAME and TITLE
As you would have it appear on the web site.
Biography/resume/description.
CONTACT INFO
Remember to list all contact info, ie: Practice name, address, phone, and fax. If you have your own web site include the address, and email address. Please make sure you proofread thoroughly before submitting your information.
All text files can be an email, attached as an MS Word doc, or plain text file.
PHOTO/Logo (optional)
If you wish to include a photo of yourself or your business, please attach your image as a jpg or jpeg (same thing). A larger file is preferable, don't minimize or optimize the file before mailing. It should be no less than 600 pixels on a side. You can mail a hard copy of the photo for scanning, black and white or color, your choice. Photos will not be returned. Photos on printed material such as a brochure or flyer are not acceptable.
